Wattle Seed Ground 100 g

Wattleseed has a nutty; coffee-like flavour which combines well with chocolate. It is an excellent addition to breads; ice creams; sauces; chutneys and cakes. The ground and roasted seeds will absorb twice their weight when added to hot water. This slurry or mud will then impart the Wattleseed flavour into fat beautifully. Fold into softened marscapone cheese for an Aussie Tiramisu; into 35% cream for dessert topping or on meringue for famous Australian Pavlova.
